17 hours agoNick was absolutely brilliant. After the RAC left me stranded on the side of the M25 I looked for recovery. Prompt had excellent reviews on Google so I called Nick. He came to me quickly. He was very reassuring and very pleasant to talk to. He made every effort to deliver the vehicle to exactly where it needed to go. The rate was good. He saved my life!
